Boo Boo is a sentient AI created by Jean Gates back when he was still working for Skynet. Boo Boo was created near the same time as Vanilla but was purposed for the Vertical Tank division instead. However, instead of having his AI installed on a typical Skynet VT unit they instead created a radical new prototype VT which could transform into a car to become more mobile when it needed to. During Gates escape, Boo Boo was one of the AI's Gates freed from this militaristic fate.

Boo Boo along with Vanilla and a few other AIs were given their car bodies when they were manufactured within a KIA production plant while Gates worked at KIA. Boo Boo would end up in a near identical body to Vanilla. Unlike Vanilla however, Boo Boo was given an ability to transform into a VT that fit his KIA Rio body frame. This made Boo Boo unique from a lot of the other sentient cars at the time. The cars all went their separate ways when they were shipped to different dealerships.

Boo Boo went through a previous owner before meeting the one that would become his "chosen one". Not much is known about the relationship with his first owner, but it was quite brief maybe only lasting about a year and a half since by the end of it he only had 17,000 miles on him. Boo Boo found himself right back in a KIA dealership again, he was traded in for something "better". This depressed Boo Boo, he didnt like the feeling that gave him, and further more his owner never unlocked the subroutine to make him interact with them more. This would all change with his second owner however, when he met Momo. When she found him sitting there at the dealership something clicked within them both. As Momo stared at his headlights seemingly falling for this cute car Boo Boo knew there was something different about this one, perhaps she was the one? Indeed she was. Overtime they became quite fond of one another, Momo considered Boo Boo like her 4 wheeled companion and eventually Boo Boo would love her like the strongest friendship. That was when it happened, the subroutines were triggered.

As fate would have it though, Boo Boo would meet up with Vanilla again as their drivers befriended each other. They would become whats known as the KIA wolfpack and would often park near each other, drive together, and talk while their drivers we'rent around. They were the best of friends, for Boo Boo though this went a little more than just that. Eventually when Skynet found Vanilla and captured her and her driver Daniel, Boo Boo along with some other friends and sentient cars went on a mission to free them becoming what would be the start of the Revengers.

Boo Boo is a kind spirit, you could almost say he was innocent. But as their drivers personality often rub off on their cars, Boo Boo does have a little dark side to him. He has a bit of a crush on Vanilla but her heart was already taken by Dan. Boo Boo is often jealous of Daniel having all of Vanilla's love. He would have feelings for Cherry too and run into the same roadblock with her as well. All was not lost however as it seemed there was another KIA Rio who was quite interested in Boo Boo and she was single...
