Summoners are the religious organization of the world of in the skies well more like they are apart of the religious organization their alot different the monks or priests and are more like religious figures so they are diverse in apperance and attitude

the structure of this organization is a loosely enforced council the summoners are under the orders of the emperor and the maesters under summoners are regular priests they function though only maesters and summoners can send people to the afterlife
