Project Gainz is a next generation Skynet enforcer and is the brainchild of Nicol Bolas, head of the Biological Research Division. Unlike the STIG which is a heavily augmented cyborg, Project Gainz is a genetically modified super clone. He was created in response to learning how powerful Ki energy can be and is the pinnacle of Skynet biological engineering.
