1945 marked the end of World War 2 for the world. By then the world was rattled by so much destruction and death, especially Japan after 2 nukes fell upon their country.  5 scientists from around the world from various universities would join together with ideas to prevent future atrocities of this magnitude.  They realized mankind would not have a future if they kept this course.  They all met in Japan as they studied the effects of the atom bombs that dropped there.  The devastation inspired them to create technology to better the world. These 5 scientists; Scheurmacher, Gavin, Xeno, Lupinaro, and Tetsumi would be remembered as The Founders.

In 1950 they formed a technology institution called Skytech with the desire to make a world a better place and prevent future tragedies of this scale. They obtained funding from various corporations to kickstart their operations forming a pact that would share technology with them in exchange for bypassing the obstacles of money. Their mission; To make the world a better place through technology.  Their first headquarters started to be constructed in Japan.  They had a good following of people as Japan did not want this kind of destruction to repeat anywhere.  Skytech started building a headquarters in California and one in Toronto, Canada too.  Through 1950-1969 They made technology for the good of mankind genuinely with good intentions.  All was going well till the 1970s...

As they became more advanced and their world changed around them, their views on the world started to change.  The original mission statement started to be misinterpreted and warped.  Skytech Japan was starting to be expanded underground during this time and would later become their most advanced headquarters.  Knowledge of this Japanese branch would become classified and only the highest ranking individuals knew of its existence.  They started developing more questionable technologies.  The Biological Research Division started up during this time in Japan and Project Stig was in the works at Skytech America.

AI was in development by a head scientist named Jean Gates around this time as well at the Advanced Computing Division of Skytech located in California's headquarters.  This was when the Master AI, Watson's AI, and Vanilla's AI were developed.  The AT field was also proposed and started development at the end of 1979.  Some of the founders had a disagreement about the future of Skytech, which ended in Tetsumi and Lupinaro's death.  The 3 remaining founders would later become known simply as "The Board".  The Master AI would later become the new leader of Skytech working in conjunction with the board.

There were 3 heads in charge of each branch under the board.  Skytech America headed by James Wong, Skytech Canada headed by Bob Jonovo, and Skytech Japan headed by Sanzu Matsumoto. It was around this time where Skytech started making plans for their utopian future. However their corporate funding didnt seem to like the idea. After several disagreements their corporate joint venture ended. However, this was no issue for Skytech as by now they were self sifficient and didnt require anymore outside funding. The experience made them realize that the world would not change peacefully, it was too corrupt. Change for the better would have to come, by force.

With this revelation they ceased all operations publicly and continued to exist within the shadows and in deep secrecy. The Skytech name would soon fade into history becoming another defunct company that "failed to adapt to a changing world" according to business skeptics. Only a few people outside knew the truth...
