It also serves as FLAG's mobile HQ during the war against Skynet. This is the pinnacle of American naval engineering; their most advanced aircraft carrier to date. More advanced than the famous USS Enterprise and ill fated USS Eviscerator. This aircraft carrier is like a floating city and mobile airbase capable of carrying over 200 fighters as well as support landings of fullsized aircraft such as boeing 747s and large cargo planes. This was a prototype that was never meant to see the face of real life battle but after the USS Eviscerator was destroyed the military saw fit to put it into actual service as it was the most advanced piece of military equipment they had under their belt. It would later be retrofitted by Gates and his worker robots with Skynet technology to be even more robust than before.
