Project Malkom is a third generation enforcement vehicle. It is more advanced than Osiris or Gemini. The interesting thing about Malkom is that his AI was not created by Skynet. This enforcer vehicle was a synthetically created sentient AI. This was not something that was programmed by people, rather this AI was born which could only be made through the process of synthetic reproduction.
Skynet came into possession of this AI by capturing the mother and forcefully ripping the sentient from her reproductive drive, a process which was so traumatizing it corrupted the mother's AI. Skynet then built the body from within their advanced manufacturing plant in Toronto where he was born. While the AI was awaiting his body, Skynet tampered with him quite a bit, in a sense reprogramming him to follow every instructions for the good of Skynet. This caused Malkom to have a pretty cold and calculating personality but he was capable of caring for his closest driver which would eventually become Project Gainz.
Malkom has a striking resemblance to one of the vehicles in the Revengers, so much in fact that she probably is the mother, which means the father could only be one person...
