This is the heart of Skynet operations where the Master AI and The Board reside. All the advanced research divisions are located here. The city features everything you would expect from a modern city and more. There is an advanced train system that shuttles workers, droids, and scientists to different sectors of the city. This is needed as the perimeter of the city is 250 square miles. The city is organized in a grid-like pattern, with numeric street labels; reminiscent of New York City. There is a less density of privately owned vehicles compared to conventional cities on the surface. This is due to the advanced transportation network of shuttles and trains that the city utilizes; eliminating gridlock traffic issues and rendering private transportation unnecessary except for emergencies. The vehicles are all autonomous and drive with superior reaction time making high speed traffic possible. There are special elevator-like platforms that can launch retrofitted large scale mechas to the surface as well as strategically placed exit and entry points for drop ships and vehicles. The entire city is covered in a massive adamantium dome that projects a synthetic sky to simulate daytime and nighttime atmosphere. The dome is protected by a military grade 10 AT field.
