Reginald or better known by his nickname RC3 was a government hacker who specialized in gathering intelligence who later joins FLAG as their head of Intel Operations. He was the one who uncovered the plot of Skynet as classified information that was being covered up and deleted by Skynet double agents working within the government. He would go to FLAG with this information and later join them as he no longer trusted the government with the knowledge of Skynet spies compromising their security.
