VX Armor

VX or its variant VC armor is a implant developed by Lonhorn Corporation and Arvonus Corporation's Weapons Division. The armor provides protection from laser weapons, provides live sustaining services to the user should they be injured, monitors their vitals, provides assistance with aiming via a HUD and monitors the users body for foreign bodies. It can keep the user in limited stasis via its internally contained nano-probes which would be deployed in an emergency to either repair or halt certain bodily functions to preserve the users life. As it is a computer it also allows access to comm links mentally, computer databases and interface with certain technologies designed to support integration. It also creates a self contained atmosphere when in a vacuum around the users body allowing them to travel in space for limited duration (It cannot create oxygen; so it would be limited unless the user had an O2 Tank). The system as a computer can also be hacked though as it is an enclosed network this usually rarely happens; if it is hacked or if the user needs to remove it there is a tool to do so. The VX armor looks like a small chip less than a milometer in size and is placed by the users ear. Upon placement the implant's legs go inside the users ear and through the ear canal into the brain after passing through the other parts of the ear and using its nanoprobes to repair going in. As such it cannot be seen. To remove it a small auto-injector-like device is included one uses it next to their ear as well; the device signals to the nanoprobes to engage a special set of commands which cause them to immediately eject the device out the ear. Because of the forceful nature of its removal medical care would be required following this. Such is sated on the emergency removal kit "Warning: Emergency use only.
