Jacob is a Commander in the Terran Federation Security Forces. He commanded the TFS Lincoln and was stationed in the Outer Rim. Communications were lost with his ship and it was presumed destroyed on January 26th 4563. This was one of the events that would lead to the Great War and the formation of the Galatic Federation later that year.
