It is actually the 2nd laboratory but one wouldnt know it until they explored deeper within the ship to find the sealed blast doors of the older lab. Labratory 1 is much larger than its predecessor and holds much more tech within it. This is where Jean Gates spends much of his time and he rarely leaves as he is always either working on some projects or aiding the Revengers from the battle station during one of their missions. The ship does not have a traditional bridge. Anything reminiscent of a bridge is located in the battle station section of the lab. Gates probably designed it this way since a traditional bridge is often an obvious target that sticks out during battles. Venus and Vanilla would also aid Gates within Laboratory 1 with various projects. Vanilla would become a medical expert and create medical technologies to aid the Revengers during rough times in battle. Laboratory 1 is home to many inventions including:
