Bob Jonovo is the appointed head of Skynet Canada underneath The Board and Master AI. He is in charge of Skyent's Tornoto Headquarters and all of its military might. His personality is similar to James Wong being of a cocky overconfident nature.
Unlike James however, he is not much of a fighter on the ground. His talent comes in piloting machines, mechas in particular. Within the Tornoto Headquarters is a prototype mech known as the GM-Z Grand Mech which would become the basis for the GM City Sentry series which guard Skynet Japan. This prototype is quite formidable as it also wields a highly experimental shield which would be put to the test against the Revengers
