It is the successor to the immense Colliderframe which is expanded into several sectors of Skynet City. The turbo large pixel collider is centralized at the core of Skynet City and is actually housed below the computer which holds the Master AI. The Turbo Large Pixel Collider takes over the massive processing duties that was once handled by its predecessor and is 10 times as fast at doing them. Also despite its huge size, it takes up less space per square foot than an entire sector of Colliderframe servers. The Turbo Large Pixel Collider also acts as storage for much of Skynet's information while backups are held on the Colliderframe in case of an unlikely event that the Turbo Large Pixel Collider was compromised in some way or Skynet City was attacked and it was destroyed. The Turbo Large Pixel Collider is responsible for Skynet's adapting prowess. It is basically technology creating even better technology. The Turbo Large Pixel Collider may or may not also have some kind of time/space abilities as there were reports of strange distortions near Japan whenever the processing load caps over 120%
