Unlike James and Bob of Skynet America and Canada, Sanzu is more calm and collected; the typical strong silent kind of guy. But when he get serious he is quite the skilled fighter. He is often in charge of protecting Skynet City when not commanding the mainland forces. His personal mech is a GM-04 City Sentry nicknamed "The Statue" as its located within the center of the city like its namesake. |

Sanzu Matsumoto is the appointed head of Skynet Japan underneath The Board and Master AI. He is seen as the General of Skynet Japan's forces on mainland Japan. However, he doesnt seem to have control on Project Gainz as Gainz tends to do whatever he wants in the best interests of Skynet as well as his own needs.
