The base belongs to Jean Gates. He designed this base himself and it was constructed with the help of his robot workers. It is quite extensive with several deck levels and the entire base is made out of adamantium which gives it solid protection against Skynet weaponry if it were ever to be discovered by them. What is unique about this base is that it is not static, it is a mobile base. The base sat underground for many years until it was discovered by Skynet. It took some time to get the engines ready but after the dust was blown off and some adjustments were made the base took off into the sky. The Revengers HQ is quite mobile for its size and could probably be classified as some type of spaceship. The ship doesn't have a traditional bridge like other ships, rather all the systems that would be in a bridge is located on the main deck within the base inside Lab #1. There is a secondary lab on the lower levels but those doors are kept locked. The base is self sufficient, there is a garden to grow their own food and equipment to generate their own water from the air and outside environment. There are living quarters, parking areas for the vehicles, several maintenance garages, a main floor to tune into the news and other things on television, and a kitchen. This base would be a very important vessel for the Revengers as this ship became their new home and was their main hub of their operations.
