Head macho in charge. Gives everyone orders and strategies STRIKE's moves. He knows Devon Miles from FLAG on a personal level as the two have some history together. He aided FLAG and took them under their wing when they ran out of funding. He smokes cigars on his freetime and is a no nonsense type of fellow. Total badass.
