FLAG's personnel consists of 4 members which makes them the smallest group of allies to join the Revengers.  However they have a large team of lab technicians from Knight Industries to aid and maintain KITT's systems.

Bonnie Barstow
*Bonnie is the main technician and systems engineer for KITT. Straight out of Knight Industries, she is responsible for repairing, modifying, and upgrading his systems. She was also involved in KITT's initial creation as well as responsible for creating his Super Pursuit Mode. She was most often seen traveling with the FLAG Mobile Unit and would later reside within FLAG's mobile headquarters on board the USS Vindicator. KITT is quite fond of Bonnie and sees her as a mother figure. Bonnie also seems a little fascinated by Gates of the Revengers and often visits him from time to time.

Reginald Cornelius "RC3"
*Reginald or better known by his nickname RC3 was a government hacker who specialized in gathering intelligence who later joins FLAG as their head of Intel Operations. He was the one who uncovered the plot of Skynet as classified information that was being covered up and deleted by Skynet double agents working within the government. He would go to FLAG with this information and later join them as he no longer trusted the government with the knowledge of Skynet spies compromising their security.
