	The Inter-Universal Technology Command (or ITC) is a government sponsored corporation with the goal of gaining knowledge for the sake of research. ITC oversees specialized research into space travel, time travel, weapons, mind-body and blood-brain barrier medicine. ITC also oversees the production of replacement body parts for Starfleet Medical, "thawing" of people in cryo-stasis, (legitimized) cloning for the purposes of reserach and production/management of the inter-galactic network of gate systems. Most of the people whom work for ITC are specialized in their field so much to the point that most people consider them "mad scientists". The ITC Command Station is guarded by its own private military force that is never heard from; its members are unknown. ITC often works closely with Starfleet Medical, Lonhorn Corporation, Arvonus Corporation and the Galactic Federation Shipyards.
